Who we are
Baby Bondé Pty Ltd, ABN 00 000 000 000, registered in Victoria, Australia. We're the data controller for the personal information you provide.
What we collect
Name, email, shipping/billing address, payment details (processed by Stripe / Shop Pay — we never store card numbers), and order history. If you contact our PT panel we also keep that exchange.
Why we collect it
Order fulfilment, customer support, the 30-night trial program, and (with consent) the carry-guide newsletter. We never sell personal data.
Third parties
Shopify (commerce), Stripe / Shop Pay (payments), Australia Post + DHL Express (fulfilment), Klaviyo (email, only if you opted in), Judge.me (reviews). Each has its own privacy policy.
