01 — Carrier sizing & fit

From what age can I use the Bonding Carrier? From 3.5 kg (most newborns from day one) through approximately 12 months / 11 kg.

What's the adult size range? XS through 4XL — 32" to 58" chest. No extender belt required. Same carrier across the full unisex adult range.

Can my partner and I share one carrier? Yes — no strap re-threading required. Pull the side cords to your chest panel height. Switch in 8 seconds.

Does it fit postpartum bodies? +18cm of stretch in the chest panel. Fits through approximately 14 weeks of postpartum recovery. Cleared by women's-health PTs from day 1 vaginal / week 2 c-section.

02 — Safety & comfort

Is the M-position really different from other carriers? Most "ergonomic" carriers require manual positioning. The Bonding Carrier's seat panel is wide enough that the M-position is default — gravity corrects misplacement.

Is it certified hip-healthy? Pattern reviewed by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI). Compliant with AS/NZS 8005 soft-carrier standard.

Is the fabric safe? OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — audited free of harmful substances. EU REACH compliant.

Can I breastfeed while wearing? Yes. Loosen the side cords, lower the chest panel one position. Re-tighten when done. Hands-free for both.

03 — Cleaning & care

How do I wash it? Machine wash cold, mesh bag (included), hang dry. Avoid dryer to preserve the elastane stretch.

How long does it last? Tested through 200 wash cycles in our QA loop with no weave distortion. Backed for life against fabric failure or buckle defect.

04 — Shipping & returns

How fast does it ship? Ships from Melbourne within 24 hours. Free tracked shipping to AU, NZ, US, UK, and CA.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. All five markets get free tracked shipping.

What's the 30-night trial? Wear it 30 nights. If you don't love the carry, email hello@babybonde.com.au. Pre-paid return label in the box. Full refund on the carrier.

What does "Backed for life" mean? After the 30-night trial, your carrier is warranted indefinitely against fabric failure or buckle defect. Show us a photo, we'll send a replacement.

05 — Other

Are gift cards available? Yes — denominations $25 / $50 / $129 (the carrier) / $150. Sent digitally same-day.
