Acceptance

By placing an order or creating an account at babocarriers.com, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not transact with us.

Products

We make every effort to display accurate product colours and descriptions. Slight variations in fabric tone are within standard textile manufacturing tolerance.

Pricing and payments

Prices are displayed in your local currency: AUD, USD, GBP, CAD and NZD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay where available. Payment is captured at order placement.

Use of the carrier

The Bonding Carrier is intended for the ages and weights specified: 3.5 to 12 kg, newborn through approximately 24 months. Misuse, including water immersion, motorbike use or carriage of animals, voids the warranty and is not recommended. Please read the in-box safety insert and the How to Wear page before your first carry.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable consumer protection law, our liability is limited to the price of the carrier. Statutory rights and warranties remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent statutes in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada, remain unaffected.
