Products
We make every effort to display accurate product colours and descriptions. Slight variations in fabric tone are within standard textile manufacturing tolerance.
Pricing & payments
Prices are displayed in your local currency: AUD (AU, includes GST), USD (US), GBP (UK), CAD (CA), NZD (NZ). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay (AU/NZ/US/UK/CA). Payment is captured at order placement.
Use of carrier
The Bonding Carrier is intended for ages and weights specified (3.5–11 kg). Misuse — including water immersion, motorbike use, or carriage of animals — voids warranty and is not recommended. Read the in-box safety insert and How to Wear page before first carry.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable consumer protection law (Australian Consumer Law for AU; equivalent statutes in NZ/US/UK/CA), our liability is limited to the price of the carrier. Statutory rights and warranties remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes resolved in Melbourne, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
