30-night carry trial

Wear it 30 nights. If you don't love the carry — for any reason — email hello@babybonde.com.au. We send a pre-paid return label. Full refund on the carrier within 5 business days of receiving it back.

Condition

Returned carriers can be lightly worn, washed, with light wear. We don't restock them — they're donated to postpartum-recovery clinics in your market. Visible damage outside normal use voids the refund.

Backed-for-life warranty

After the 30-night trial, your carrier remains warranted indefinitely against fabric failure or buckle defect. Email a photo, we'll replace within 7 business days, free of charge in all 5 markets.

Exchanges

Want a different colourway? Email us before returning. We'll cross-ship the new colourway and refund or charge the difference when we receive yours back.
