30-night carry trial

Wear it 30 nights. If you don't love the carry, for any reason, email info@babocarriers.com. We send a pre-paid return label. Full refund on the carrier within 5 business days of receiving it back.

How to start a return

Email info@babocarriers.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and send you a pre-paid return label. You do not pay return shipping.

Condition

Returned carriers can be lightly worn or washed. We don't restock them, they're donated to postpartum-recovery clinics. Visible damage outside normal use voids the refund.

Exchanges

Want a different colourway? Email us before returning. We'll cross-ship the new colourway and refund or charge the difference when we receive yours back.

Backed-for-life warranty

After the 30-night trial, your carrier remains warranted indefinitely against fabric failure or buckle defect. Email a photo and we'll replace it within 7 business days, free of charge, worldwide.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
